What documents do I need to rent a car?
Local Malaysian customers need NRIC and a valid driving license. Foreign customers need a passport, original driving license, and an international driving permit if your license is not in English. A major credit card is required for the security deposit.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age is 21 years old for our standard fleet, and drivers must have held a valid license for at least 1 year. Premium and luxury vehicles require drivers to be at least 25 years old.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a one-day rental charge. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to process your cancellation.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance is included on every rental at no extra cost. Excess liability ranges from RM 2,000 to RM 8,000 depending on the vehicle category.
Do you offer airport pickup and delivery?
Yes, we operate dedicated counters at KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. For arrivals outside counter hours (8:30 AM to 10:00 PM), we offer out-of-hours pickup service for a flat RM250 fee — our staff will meet you at your scheduled arrival time even if your flight is delayed.
Are there any mileage limits?
No. All SEIYON rentals include unlimited mileage as standard. Drive as much as you need within Peninsular Malaysia without extra charges.
