You will receive your booking confirmation email within 24 Hours of making your booking.
SEIYON accept all major payment method as credit cards / Visa / Master / Amex / Unionpay / JCB . Third party credit cards or debit card are not accepted. The credit card presented must be in the name of the authorized hirer. SEIYON
reserves the right to refuse its car rental services if this term is not met.
At the counter, the rental agent will block a deposit (pre-authorisation) on your credit card. All rentals are subject to a deposit to cover additional costs such as speeding ticket, parking violation summon, fuel or in the event of collision or damage to the vehicle. The deposit will be automatically refund within 3 –Â 7 days by the bank.
You will need to present your passport if you are foreginer and IC for locals, a valid driving licence and a valid credit card. Renters must have a valid national or international Driving Licence. foreginer who hold a valid driving licence in English can drive in Malaysia for a maximum of 3 months. Probational licence holders will not be accepted.

The drivers and hirer must be between 23 and 65 years of age.
If you cancel after your rental is due to start, or return the vehicle earlier no refunds will be given.Â
